Evaluating before you buy, and refunds
Both the Pro and Agency plans are purchased directly; there is no free trial. Before you buy, you can evaluate the product at no cost: the free plugin on WordPress.org runs the hero block on your own site, and the home page at gene-wp.com is a live demo with the block running.
Because you can evaluate the product before paying, paid charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not refund the current paid period, and you keep access until the end of that period.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund where required by applicable law (for example, certain statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived), or, at our sole discretion, in the case of a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge.
If you believe you were charged in error, email contact-web@onecraft-ne.jp within a reasonable time, with the email address used at purchase and your order number from the Freemius receipt.
Effect of a license ending
If a license is refunded (in one of the limited cases above) or expires:
- The license is deactivated and the Plugin stops receiving updates.
- Any blocks you have already added remain intact — they were always native WordPress blocks.
